I would have given them a 3 star rating, but a 4 star is what they
deserve, as at LEAST this maker understands that you can't ask a million
dollars for something that is apt to need in a fairly short amount of
time, no matter how well it's made, to be replaced: this is how seat
covers just are. After an older pair of about 10 years kind of fell
apart during washing them, we needed something, anything to protect our
seats. Ford Ranger, 60-40 seats... searched "ranger 60/40" and these
came up, as many others did. I know what a beating seat covers take,
especially when you really use your vehicle, so I wanna say here, NO WAY
I am paying what some out there are charging- anything can happen to
them. Yes, the price caught my eye. First impression, yes, seams are
very cheap, back material, very cheap.... seats are a woven material,
they'll do the trick. If you pull even slightly firm to make them snug,
you WILL rip the seams. I have an older pair of pair of lambskin and a
lumbar support for the driver's side under these covers, as ranger seats
are not the best for comfort... all together, they'll do the trick.
They're cheap, but they're cheap, in whatever order you take that. If
you want a cheap pair, remembering they're cheap, grab them, for a
ranger, they equate to a 4 star buy for 28 bucks which is what we paid.
